[English]

The excessive growth of cities and their expansion over many years has caused a rapid change in the environment, and has turned the living space into an unsuitable, unsafe, crowded and intolerable environment. Also, these changes have caused spiritual, psychological and mental effects and transformations for humans as well. These issues have caused many social, psychological, and biological problems due to the lack of collective spaces in cities and the subsequent reduction in the amount of social interactions and collective activities. A place for social interactions. The tool is a questionnaire, and based on the answers of users and the points they give to the questions, the behavior of the users in facing each of the questions is checked. According to Morgan's table, 186 questionnaires were prepared from the population of 360 people for the design of this collection. The findings of the research showed such things as: the existence of spaces such as seasonal and permanent booths to meet the needs to increase the quality of life, the existence of spaces for conversation and group entertainment, the existence of furniture for sitting and resting, the existence of restaurants and cafes, The use of dynamic, dramatic and functional routes and elements to create excitement and pedestrians on and removing visual pollution, creating a green space to induce a sense of calmness and the presence of beautiful and attractive elements, including color and light, continuity of open and closed space according to functions, a facilitating communication structure to ensure security and comfort and distinctness and separation of spaces .

problem statement
Throughout his life, just as he affects his surroundings and changes them at will, he is also unaffected by the environment. It has been used, changed and transformed physically and mentally. The excessive growth of cities and their expansion over many years has caused a rapid change in the environment, and has turned the living space into an unsuitable, unsafe, crowded and intolerable environment. Also, these changes have caused spiritual, psychological and mental effects and transformations for humans as well. These issues have caused many social, psychological and biological problems One of the important points in the world trade industry and its most dynamic parts are multi-functional complexes (commercial, recreational, residential), which are considered a rich source of income for the country and the region, which have their own attraction, ability and facilities. These countries have attracted different people by taking advantage of natural gifts, special climatic conditions, as well as building entertainment and sports centers and using advanced technologies. The 22nd district of Tehran has received attention from many people due to the potential of Balqwa region and the variety of natural attractions in it and its land size. This area has a very significant population with numerous residential towers. In addition, the determining factors of the population in this area, unlike other parts of Tehran, are "foreign", "flexible" and "subject to policies". According to the comprehensive and detailed plan that has been approved in advance, this area may have more than 600,000 people, but with the approval of the urban complex plan, residential construction has been stopped and the land has been allocated to urban-metropolitan services. Is. (Tehran Region 22 Study Archive, Sharistan Consulting Engineers Study Archive). Therefore, the design of a multi-functional complex with new technologies in this area, considering the appropriate location of the area in terms of access, attractions of the area, and proximity to other recreational uses and scenic views, can be considered one of the positive options in design and can be drive people to that area to stay and have fun.
Background and theoretical foundations of research
Since the beginning of human civilization, mixed uses have been used in all cities and urban areas. Historically, the essential uses of houses, including the spaces required and the places built around them, for living, gathering, producing and distributing goods and services have been well integrated, and this is because walking is important. It was the most important means of communication (Morris, 1994). In a descriptive-analytical study conducted in 2017, there was a close correlation between the quality of the spaces and environments outside the buildings and the activities carried out inside them. In this context, Gol believes that the quantity and quality of these activities are largely influenced by the type of outdoor planning. In addition, he believes that it is possible to influence joint activity patterns in external environments through planning. This effect can be created to create better conditions and lively environments for events to occur (Yan, 2010).
Conceptual definitions
Public spaces
Public open space is an open space with free access to the public, public open spaces are successful when they are a place for social interactions and attract a large number of visitors (individual or group) to carry out their activities. The following features are formal and fun, democratic and non-discriminatory and can be used by all classes and age groups (such as people with physical disabilities).
..(Zahrah and Nasution 2017) Multi-functional spaces
The term "multifunctional" has different meanings in different contexts. In the Oxford dictionary, a multipurpose adjective refers to something that has several functions or does several things. Today, urban spaces play an important role in their place in the city as an effective element in people's lives.
research method
The research method is applied from the point of view of the goal and descriptive-analytical from the direction, nature and manner of doing it. This research has been analyzed using data from case studies and field methods, using Rapid Miner software. This research takes steps towards finding desirable bodies according to the researches conducted from the quasi-experimental strategy and collects data through objective observations of the observer and photography. After collecting the data, it analyzes and evaluates and finds the connection between the environment and the behavior of users. The method of analyzing the results of the research is the use of clustering with k-means algorithm, and the Davies Bouldin criterion is used for the correctness of the work.
Conclusion
Identifying the location and angle of the building, the topographical situation, how the sun casts shadows and light, the prevailing winds, etc. creates a different climatic area in the world and guides the designer in the direction of creating a work with the same function but with characteristics and shape and form. even create materials suitable for its climate. In this way, the limitations resulting from climate studies can be seen as a strength because it fosters creativity in the designer to create a work of art.
